The Timeline View allows you to get a visual representation of your projects, so you can see who is working on what, and when it's expected to be completed. It is also super helpful to control the workload of your team right from your mobile device! You are able to see everything your team is working on and decide whether or not your team can handle one more project. It's just like the Gantt chart, but more beautiful!
Add the Timeline Column

Add the Timeline Column to your board by clicking on the "+ Add Column" located at the right side of your screen:

Next, click any of the Timeline cells to select a time frame. Don't forget to click on save as shown below:
Add the Timeline View
Once your Timeline Column is set up, you can open the Timeline View to visually see all your items in one place. To do so, click on the upper left of your screen as shown below:
Next, click on "Timeline":
And you are all set!
Filter your Timeline
You filter directly on your Timeline by using the board filters. It is a great way to display the exact information you need without having to scroll.
Click on the triangle icon located on the upper right of your screen:
Next, apply the filter(s) and click on done.
Update your items from the Timeline View
By clicking on any of the Timeline cell, the item card will open allowing you to make changes to your item without having to go back and forth to your Main Board View. 🎉
