How does the pricing work? (3)

You've finished your trial and consider purchasing a plan? We are here to assist you understanding our pricing better. 😊 

How to upgrade? 

To upgrade your account, click on the upgrade button located on the left of your account. Alternatively, you can upgrade by clicking the following:

  • Your profile picture in the bottom left corner (Avatar)
  • Admin
  • Billing
  • See plans



Note:  The upgrade functionality is currently only available on the web version of monday.com


Pick your subscription duration 

We offer two types of subscriptions: monthly and yearly. Whenever you purchase a plan, the payment is in one payment (so if you purchase a plan for one year, you will pay for one year upfront). 


Tip: Toggle between yearly and monthly to pick your duration




Select the appropriate amount of user seats for your team

The pricing works per group of users and not per user. If you have a team of 8 users for instance, you may choose the 10 users option. The price will display per month for the entire 10 users. 


The system will take into account how many users have currently activated on your account. If you would like to choose a plan that is lower than the current number of users that you have in your account, please deactivate the appropriate amount of users. If your trial has expired and you're looking to upgrade your account, the screen will appear to upgrade your account with the number of users that you currently have. If you'd like to decrease the number of users before upgrading and your account trial has already expired, please contact us for further help!


Choose your plan 

We offer four type of plans:"Basic", "Standard", "Pro", or "Enterprise". Check out this article to understand better the difference between each plan. 



Enter your payment details

Enter your payment information into the cart to fully process the payment. If you are a European registered company with a VAT, please enter your VAT ID before processing the payment to avoid paying the tax as below:


Once done, click on submit purchase and you are done!
