But first, let's start by the basics. 🎉

The basics

Boards are workspaces where you can organize all you need. They’re totally customizable so you can use them for anything. You can read everything about boards here- What is a board?

  • Add a new board

This can be anything- team tasks, clients, creative requests, projects, content calendar, campaign planning and much more—everything is possible! Start with just adding one board to get started, add the rest later!

  • Customize your board

Each board has groups and items. Each group can be by dates (ex. 'This Month' 'Next Month' etc.) or by projects and the list goes on! Each item as well can be tasks, sub tasks for a certain project, etc. Adding columns is the next step to tailoring the board to your needs. The columns give you the power to add all types of information and each column does something different. Columns help you display information visually, organize and track everything, with more than 20 to choose from.

  • How does it work?

In this use case, we divided each group by a time frame. This template is made up of multiple status columns, an owner of the task, and the last status column is connected to the date column in order to create a deadline. This helps visualize if something is done or over due.

  • How does it work?

There are so many requests coming in from all types of clients or other team members from other departments. It is very important to streamline all of these requests in one place. In this board we used the people, status, rating and text columns. Here you can use automations to notify the requester and designer on certain phases of the request.

  • How does it work?

This board is divided into four groups Live, Planned, Paused, and Completed. A new column we used in this board is the numbers, timeline, and tags column. The timeline column not only shows you the timeline of the project on the item itself but also shows you a visualization of each project like a gantt chart. Read more here- The Timeline View

Client Projects

  • How does it work?

In this board, each client is a group. You can track time via the time tracking column. You can see time tracking across certain time frames (day, week, month, etc.). You can now also group by certain columns such as people, status, tag, text and the board itself.
