You can change your plan at any point of your billing cycle whether you would like to upgrade or downgrade. This article will cover each steps of that process.
How do I change my plan?
Click on your avatar located on the bottom left of your account and select admin:
Once in the admin section, click on the billing option as below:
Click on the "change plan" option as in the screenshot below to change your plan:
Select the plan you'd like your monday.com account to be on.
And you are all set 😊
How to get a refund?
If you have upgraded your plan by mistake, follow the above steps to change your plan back to the original one.
Once done, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue the refund of the accidental upgrade immediately.
