General Troubleshooting Tips

If you are experiencing problems with slowness on the platform, if some of your changes are not being saved, or you experience some other issue, try going through these steps to see if it solves the problem!

For the Web Version

  • Log out of your monday.com account and log back in.
  • Make sure you are using one of our supported browsers.
  • Try the action in a different browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox).
  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date
  • Clear your browser cache.
  • If you have any extensions or add-ons, try deactivating them.
  • Try accessing the platform from another network.
  • Check your internet speed. For the best experience, we recommend a download speed of at least 5 Mbps.
  • Restart your computer.

For the Desktop Version

  • Log out of your monday.com account and log back in.
  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (to make sure it is up-to-date).
  • Try accessing the platform from another network.
  • Check your internet speed. For the best experience, we recommend a download speed of at least 5 Mbps.
  • Restart your computer or device.

For the Mobile App

  • Log out of your monday.com account and log back in.
  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (to make sure it is up-to-date).
  • Try accessing the platform from another network.
  • Check your internet speed. For the best experience, we recommend a 4G (or better) connection.
  • Restart your device.
