In current times, we're all trying to get as many things done as possible. The monday.com platform has the necessary tools to make sure you and your team are not taking on too much (or too little) at once.
Let's say you're usually working on the following Weekly Tasks board:
You can use the Timeline view and sort it by a Person Column (in this case Assigned - see highlight) in order to review the team workload:
It looks like Nick is currently tackling 2 tasks at once so maybe Alexandru or Nicolae can offer him some help.
Another thing you can do to identify the pulses, teammates, statuses, deadlines etc. that you're particularly interested in is use the Board Filter. This works for individual boards and in this example we're looking for the tasks our team are currently working on (Status = Working on it & Timeline = Current):
As we're usually working on more than one board, consider using Search Everything to see how your teammates are doing across multiple boards at once. Here we're looking for the tasks that Nicolae is stuck on:
You can also add a date range (Filter by date button) and export the results to Excel:
As your tasks & boards evolve over time, it may help to extract & review this type of report every one in a while and see where the team's workflow can be improved.
