Sometimes, one single task needs to be handled by several team members. This is the reason why we came up with the team column. This column allows you to assign a team to an item.
How to add it?
To add it, click on the + icon located on the top right of your board and select
Once in the center, select the option "team" that you will find by scrolling down, as in the screenshot below:
How does it work?
Next, assign your items to your team. To learn how to create a team click right here.
Once you assign a team to an item, each member of your team will receive a notification on their bell. They can as well receive a notification by e-mail by turning on their email notifications. You can also use the board filter to filter all the tasks assigned to your team across your board.
How to manage my team?
To manage your team, click on your avatar located on the bottom right of your screen and select "teams" as below:
Next, search for your team on the left section:
