How long is my trial for?
You trial is for a period of 14 days.Once your trial expires, you may purchase a monday.com subscription. Head over here to see the differences amongst all plans. You can also check out our pricing page to review the cost of each plans.
On which plan is the trial based on?
The trial allows you to test the system on our PRO plan. During the 14 days trial period, you can see all of the great features that monday.com has to offer.
What happens once my trial expires?
Once your trial expires, you can purchase a subscription. Check out this article to learn how to upgrade. Once you upgrade, you will have access to your account again with all the boards you have created during the trial.
If you felt that monday.com wasn't for you, fair enough, we respect that. When your trial ends, your account will be automatically disabled and closed. No credit card information was taken from you so you won't be charged unless you actively upgrade to a paid account. You can learn more about it right here.
Does monday.com offer free subscription?
The trial is free, but after that, yeah, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our plans to continue using monday.com. How much does monday.com cost?

Is the price per user or per group of users?
The price is not per user but for a group of users. For example, if you are looking at the 5 users standard plan, the price is $39/month for the 5 users.
Can I pay monthly?
Sure. We offer monthly, yearly, and two-yearly plans. A lot of our customers prefer to go for yearly or two-yearly because they’re the most economical choice - you can save up to 32%. But monthly is totally cool, too. To purchase a monthly plan, make sure to click on the "monthly" option on the top left of your upgrade page as below:
Is the yearly/two yearly plan billed monthly or annually/biannually?
The yearly plan is billed up front for the all year. You will process the payment as soon as you purchase the subscription.
In which currency am I billed?
To know which currency you will be billed, you just need to click on the upgrade button located on the top right of your screen.
This will open the pricing page in the currency you will be billed. For example below, the pricing shows in USD meaning we will be billed in USD:
Which plan is the best for me?

Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan any time you want. To learn more about how to change your plan, check out this article.
Some of my boards are not accessible anymore after the trial, Help!
To regain access to your private or shareable boards, simply drag each board one by one to a different section (i.e: main). Your boards will then become available again.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my plan?
If you have paid for a yearly or two yearly plan in the last 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund. If more than 30 days have passed, we are not able to issue a refund.
