Can I change the currency of my account?

Supported currencies

Currently, we support the following currencies:

  • USD
  • EUR
  • GBP
  • AUD
  • CAD
  • MXN
  • BRL
  • JPY

The currency is automatically set based on the location of the person who signed up for the account.

 

For trial users

There is currently no way to change the currency of your account yourself but you can reach out to us by using our contact form. We will be happy to take care of the change. 

 

For paying users

Once you have processed a payment in a specific currency, we cannot change the currency of your account. If you wish to start over, reach out to us via our support centre. To access the support centre, click on the "?" icon in the top right-hand corner of your page.

A note on refunds

Any time a refund is issued, it will be issued in the currency that it was originally paid in.
