Where Can I Track User Engagement and Storage Capacity?

If you are an admin on your account, you will have access to data regarding engagement for all users as well as the storage data for the account.

Basic Stats

Click your profile picture, and select "Admin".

Select "Stats" and click the "Basic" tab at the top of the screen. This page shows a 60-day overview of the number of boards updated, number of people who posted, and number of updates posted. It also shows an overview of storage used so far, people who have been active, and how many boards were created.

Storage Stats

Click the "Storage" tab to view storage stats. This page shows the amount of storage you have left and the file types that have been uploaded so far. The file types are listed by the amount of space used.

Advanced Usage Stats

The "Advanced" tab will show you advanced stats divided into 3 sections that show you the top updated boards as well as the top contributing users on your account.

  • Section 1: Trending boards in the last month
    This section shows the top boards for the last month, based on how many items and updates have been created on them.


  • Section 2: Top creator in the last month
    This section shows the top users that have created items on the account. The numbers shown are the amount of items these users have created in the weeks shown at the top of each column.
  • Section 3: Top communicators in the last month
    This section shows the top users that have posted updates in a item’s updates feed in the past month. The numbers shown are the amount of updates these users have created in the weeks shown at the top of each column.

 

Note: The Basic Stats and Storage tabs are available in the Standard plan and up, while the Advanced Stats tab is only available in the Pro plan and up.
