One of the questions we get a lot about our product is, “Do you have subtasks?”. We currently don't and you can check the reason why right here.
That being said, we do have another feature that might fit what you are looking for and this is the checklist. 😊
What is the checklist?
Utilizing the checklist will give you the low-level pulse detail that you are looking for when breaking down your tasks. You can add all of the relevant items as a checklist inside the pulse, and then you can then check those items off until everything is complete!
When you have created a checklist in a pulse update, you will receive this little indicator next to the name of the pulse letting you know it's there.
Using monday.com hierarchy
monday.com hierarchy is pretty simple. What you could do is use each pulse as subtasks and the groups as tasks. This can be particularly useful if your board functions as a personal weekly task list, because it will help you stay organized so you don't miss a step!
