How to add a pulse?
Click on the blue + located at the bottom right of your screen and then select "new pulse"
Type the name of your pulse and then click on "add" to add it to your list.

How to delete a pulse?
To delete a column, keep your finger pressed about 2 seconds on the column you would like to delete. You should then see five icons appearing as in the screenshot below:
Select the recycle bin icon and your pulse will be deleted. 🗑 If you've deleted a pulse by mistake, you can always restore it from the recycle bin that is available on your desktop or web version of monday.com.
How to edit a pulse?
To edit a group, click on the pencil icon as below:
This will allow you to edit the name of your pulse.
How to archive a pulse?
Not sure if you would like to use this pulse anymore but still don't want to delete it permanently? You can use the archive option! This will move your pulse in the archives and you will be able to restore it anytime.
How to move a pulse?
To move a pulse, click on the arrow icon as below:
You will have the option to move your pulse to a different group or board.
How to reorder a pulse?
You can reorder your groups easily by clicking on the last icon as below:
Once done, grab your group and drag it in the order you would like it to be.
