How to assign a task to a team member?
To assign a team member to a pulse, you need to add a person column to your board.
Start typing the name of the person you want to assign the task to and click on his/her name in the list:
And you are done!
The person who was assigned to a task will receive a notification in the Bell button in the bottom of the screen so nothing will be missed!
How to assign a task to several team members?
Sometimes, one single task needs to be handled by several team members. This is the reason why we came up with the team column. This column allows you to assign a team to a pulse. To learn more about it, check out this article.
Add a team column! For that, click on the column center and select the column "team" as below:
You can use the filter at the top to easily search for the team column.
Start typing the name of the team you want to assign the task:
You are done! Each of your team members will receive a notification on their bell letting them know they have been assigned to a task!
