Knowledge Base

Our Knowledge Base is is a help center filled with articles, videos, and webinars that will help you answer all your questions! It covers topics from getting started and creating boards all the way to complicated formulas and integrations. 

How to get there

Click the little question mark in the left pane right above your profile picture!

A window will pop-up in your screen with a search bar. You can type a keyword or question directly into the search bar to look for an article, or click "webinars" or "videos" to browse other media! Click "Contact Us" to ask a question!

You don't even need to navigate out of what you're doing! When you've found the answer, just close the pop-up window and get right back to your work!

Support Page

You can access our support resources and Knowledge Base articles from your browser as well. Head over to this page to choose from articles, webinars, videos, and our Community Forum to have your questions answered!

Webinars 

Every week from Monday to Friday we host live walk-thrus teaching you how to get started with monday.com. This webinar is a must if you are new to monday.com. We cover all the basics of the platform for 30 minutes and keep the other 30 minutes to answer all your questions live.
