Why did my payment fail?

 

There are multiple reasons for a failed charge.

The best way to resolve this is to call your credit card provider (their support number is usually on the back of your card) and make sure that the transaction was not blocked.  In addition, they are able to give you more insights as to why the charge was not approved.
