Can I get a refund on my monday.com subscription?

We’re sorry to hear you want a refund and we’d love to hear why you weren’t satisfied with monday.com. Feedback really helps us to improve so feel free to reach out and let us know.

If you have paid for a yearly or two yearly account in the last 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

 To receive the refund, the admin on the account should:

  • Click on their avatar on their monday.com account
  • Click on Admin
  • Click on Billing
  • Cancel the account
  • Email [email protected], explaining you have cancelled the account and would like to receive a full refund.

 Note: Please note that cancelling the account and receiving a full refund will block access to your account so please ensure you export any important boards to Excel or PDF before cancelling.


If you have paid for a yearly account and more than 30 days have passed since you paid, or you have paid for a monthly subscription, you are not entitled to a refund.

You can cancel your account and continue to have access to the account for the remainder of the billing period. To cancel the account, the admin of the account should follow the instructions above.


 Note: Please note that refunds can take between 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
